Obituary of Susan Marlene Bird (née Cant)

Peacefully, with family by her side at Parkwood Institute on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, Susan Bird passed away at the age of 63.

Beloved wife of 43 years to Richard Bird. Loving mother of Adam Bird and Brian Bird. Dear niece of Wilma. Sister to Dave (Colleen) Cant. Forever in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Susan retired as Logistics Manager of LAC after a 38 year career, she will be fondly remembered by all her colleagues. Susan was also a member of the board for Community Living London and Community Living Elgin for many years.  

Cremation has taken place.

Visitation will be held at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street, London, Ontario (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 5-8 p.m.

Memorial service will take place in the Logan Chapel Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m.

Those who wish may make memorial donations to Community Living London in memory of Susan.
